3. Orders & Payment Processing

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Insured Delivery: All orders are shipped via insured express couriers. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Title & Risk: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon successful delivery by the carrier to the specified shipping address.

5. Returns & 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Returns: Unworn timepieces in their original packaging, with all protective films, boxes, and certificates intact, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty Scope: All watches are backed by our 5-Year Global Craftsmanship Guarantee covering internal movement defects and manufacturing flaws under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on masterwatchcollection.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software—is the exclusive property of Master Watch Collection and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
